We are strengthening our Sales team and are looking for an Contract Administrator.

Missions 

Integrated into the Contract Management team, and after a training period to enable you to be quickly operational, your main missions will be the following tasks:

  • Build the calls for tenders sent by the Business Developers. At the heart of the business, you will greatly contribute to the development of A2C and you will have a broader and more global vision of the evolution of our activity.
  • Propose the best offer that will best meet the customer's needs:
    • on the products that we master
    • by taking into account the challenges of the aeronautical market
    • and thanks to close collaboration with the PMs and our many partner manufacturers.
  • Finally, you will receive awards that will have to be formalized in our system in order to facilitate the work of the sales teams.

Profile 

  • With a Bac+2 degree in Commerce or Management, you are organized and rigorous, while having the commercial fiber and the desire to support the sales department in the development of commercial contracts with our customers.
  • You ideally have experience in specialized distribution, ideally industrial / aeronautical technical products.
  • You are comfortable in English to communicate on a daily basis with your colleagues in Asia and the United States.
  • You are also comfortable with IT tools.
