By joining us, you will become part of the global sales team, taking responsibility for your assigned territory and market with our clients to ensure top-tier sales and support. You will discover, maintain, and develop new contacts to identify new projects, requests, and trends among your clients, and you will lead the effective management and development of our clients with recognized key accounts, in collaboration with our technical experts and the Supply Chain, internationally and in Europe.
Responsibilities
Reporting to the VP of Sales, you will be responsible for actively contributing to the definition of the global strategic business plan for your clients and market segments.
You will identify, develop, and manage strategic partnerships with clients, partners, and suppliers to grow your business as the key point of contact.
Within your designated sales territory, you will have the following responsibilities:
- Attend industry trade shows to generate new leads. Build and maintain a market network with productive contacts at existing and potential clients.
- Analyze, develop, and manage the supplier tendering process, including identifying sources, executing, and following up on tenders in collaboration with product management and sales.
- Secure long-term business opportunities by identifying contract potentials in line with the overall company strategy.
- Prepare customer and opportunity reports and maintain a balanced pipeline of business opportunities for your sales territory.
- Conduct market research, compile data, and prepare reports for sales and site management.
- Monitor and analyze historical data to determine order frequency, trends, and product lifecycles.
Profile
- Holding a postgraduate degree (or equivalent) in international business, you have at least 7 years of experience in the aerospace industry.
- You are known for your meticulousness, strong interpersonal and writing skills, and proactive approach.
- You are fluent in both written and spoken German and English, as these will be your primary working languages.
